I like working environment and very good support from Team members and also from management, salary is good and adopt new technology, it is a products base and also client base company.

Dislikes

Not getting a chance to go out of.

Work Details

My work is too challenging, I have look in to entire product. Work exicution plan is very good. It will be great learning experience for me.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
