I would like to design of autocad 2d plan and elevation of 3d and in our company most work should be in site field to manage and to check the work will be going in process.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

We should not dislike that in our company the workers are not doing the design of giving the autocad plan.so we could face problems and to recheck and can tell many times in proper condition to construction so it take bad impression on our company so didnt like that behaviour of our company.

Work Details

The jod is interested good. First we have cant understand anything so we have to struggle and we can learn to design by ourselves.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
