Likes

A nice place to work especially in terms of culture. A organisation which works with values. Here, you can meet colleagues around the country and can have a good relationships. Employee welfare also taken care as a priority. An excellent place to work where we can grow professionally by continuous learning and development.

Dislikes

Growth is bit low here as the next position needs very experience. Pressure needs to be taken as this organization is very innovative and because of frequent changes in strategies.

Huge communication gape between ground level and higher management, High Infra structure with poor training promises, Starts with great hopes but same old quick returns

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
