The overall Dr. Oetker group is highly focused on co. growth as well as the staff, spending a lot for employee satisfaction, work environment, life insurance policies, outdoor travel for once in a year , etc.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is ok but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes either it will be any promotional activities, any audits or monthly inventory I worked 10-12 hours straight in a day but not received any appreciation. at a time job security is a big challenge for a employee, you can't faith anyone.

Work Details

Generally my work is slightly challenging either it will be my Dispatch & Logistic roll or my Store. you should be prepare and advance planning for avoiding any shortages, FIFO,LIFO, and many more things, therefore I am enjoying my working hours here.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
