Work culture is very nice. They paid very satisfying amount to those employees who worked during covid.

Dislikes

Less job security. After completion of their benifit from employees in molecular department for covid, they gave transfer very far so one can not go there and resign automatically. No job security.

The below comments are applicable only for people working in Network Sales. Things are different in Specialty Sales: No work - life balance. You have to WFH even if you're on leaves and even on holidays. You can get calls from clients as late as 1AM in the morning. On daily basis you start getting calls from clients early morningaround 6AM and till around 10PM. Even when you're sick, you have to answer all the calls and reply all the e-mails. No work satisfaction. No mental peace. They can even call you at 4AM in the morning to the field to do promotional activities. You have to distribute pamphlets in parks, malls, markets and on roads in the name of promotional activities. When they launch new packages they will give you unnecessary pressure (a lot of pressure) to achieve your targets and once you achieve your targets they will increase it and will give more PRESSURE to achieve the new targets. No career growth. You have to wait for at least 4-5 years to get a promotion. Appraisals are extremely low as compared to other organizations.
