Presently nothing I like about working at lal path labs...allowed us to work from home during pandemic for 2months

I have worked in 2differnt location of lal path labs but present location I feel it's just a dummy position..i can't report what I want...can't change things that are wrong...don't enjoy my work...I had highest regards for the organisation spent many years here but have realised ultimately what matters is how much revenue lab is generating.

I can suggest and implement any thought for the benefit of patient and company.Progressive ideas are always welcomed. Company puts lots of efforts for their staff well being.Good Hr policy . Work and life balance is satisfactory.

Work pressure is high with most of time giving back up to any pathologist on leave.

Work is good, mostly managerial and reporting . Sometimes it is monotonous as we are not doing all kind of sample here, only routine clinical pathology.
