I worked dr.sulaiman medical group qassim 8 years.i got terminated.thats very unfair.i am very sick .my head nurse told me before I kill u. Then I also repeated.so they terminate me.suddenly somebody loosing job.how much painful.you people doesn't know.

Hospital is good, but most areas Philippine and other Arab people are bosses, so I felt tat, they are always not encouraging Indians to grow to become a charge or supervisor, instead those people trying us to put down or pull out to other areas of Habib hospital, which is really make us to feel unhappy environment.

Its was a very bad experience ss a HCP, and most of us got covid without any care and follow up and they refused to do the swabs for us.

The lacking of proffesional way tk deal with the staff, and the slow improvement of upgrading the staff. Etc...

To me it was a good opportunity to work with habib group, which helps me to improve my skills, knowledge,use and learn of most modern medical equipment, acceptable salary i believe that experience i have obtained from habib family will be a mile stone through out my later career

Actually, regarding my experience with Dr.Sulaiman Al Habib Medical group at the beginning its amazing and it was a new challenge to work in new area and new system, but after a while I surprised and shocked regarding the deterioration in the system, career growth, they are holding all the increments and promotions since more than one year ago, and the work enviroment very stress full, panic and not stable. But among the private hospital still its the best, they have one positive; the salary on time....Read More
