I have been working with Dr.Reddy's for over 3 decades now. I have grown with the company, from Professional Service Representative to Cluster Head looking after ASEAN & ANZ. Dr.Reddy's is by far best amongst Indian Pharma companies when it comes to ethical practices, organization culture, people orientation and patient centricity.

Flexible in policies, women has many benefits if you utilize, 100% compliance - they do not encourage non-compliance and very strict actions on POSH.

HR Leadership team in DRL has not became ladies club. They ensured that there is no man in HRLT and expand all roles within this team only. CHRO is completely biased and she speaks only with her Direct reportees and take all wrong calls on business and on people. She has to visit more to plants, business units and interact more withshopfloor employees along with her own team who works in first line. HR leadership team extends their retirement policy as few of them are approaching close to 58 age soon. They get benefited for own self but least bothered about others and business....Read More

Very empowering in certain aspects with people able to take quick decisions as long as they are problem solving. Provides adequate opportunities for senior leadership.

Too many perspectives and too much time spent on alignment! The number of reviews and meetings is overwhelming. It can drain the most passionate people wanting to focus on Strategizing and delivering on the strategy.
