Company payout is good as the location Vizag is tough for survive (Sudden changes in whether) for non residents of this area. Company culture is good and friendly till it not comes to your work. Till now don't know about the growth and increments.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance for maintenance lead is very bad as you may get call from production team at night 11.30 PM or early morning 4.30 AM, 6.00 AM, and on weekly offs is like work from home you get maximum calls (Don't know they do it intentionally or unintentionally to bother you ) on that days about plant problems. 2. They don't have proper bunch of accessibility or access (SAP access, Ample, SHE Hub, Capax raising permission, PR, PO making rights MES, no access to mails of your ex maintenance lead, IT copy paste rights, IT assets, etc) required to perform the individual's activities so new joined employee have to suffer for raising these access request by own due to it many work got delayed. 3. The production team is not supportive they are ready to find negative point only, they never appreciate your good work even you have complete the work early. No motivation from production head also. 4. It looks a big brand from out side but work culture is same as a small pharma. 5. For non resident of this area (for north Indian or middle part of India who never visited the Vizag) I suggest if you have plan to shift here in Vizag please think thrice before you make decision to come for job here as whether is very harsh here....Read More
