HR Leadership team in DRL has not became ladies club. They ensured that there is no man in HRLT and expand all roles within this team only. CHRO is completely biased and she speaks only with her Direct reportees and take all wrong calls on business and on people. She has to visit more to plants, business units and interact more withshopfloor employees along with her own team who works in first line.
