all the systems like online documentation, qualification, SAP are well established by the management. Because of the system everything will move forward smoothly without interruption. All CFTs support is good. TPM concept is also introduced which is a great opportunity to learn.

Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors.
