The company is driven by egomaniac managers who don't know anything, but put unnecessary pressure on their team. Favoritism is shown openly. Few managers ( currently director) are hell rude and won't think twice before firing people if they don't like them . These senior leadership folks are untouchables. Thing I like the most in this organisation is equality. Either you are in top management or a ground level working staff company preserves everyone's dignity. You can easily approach to anyone even in the top management.
