Management is little bit supportive and there is no work load

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in management and our career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which we cannot resign and if we resign then we have to give 50000 rupees for resigning

Corona was a disastrous period, so i don't have any word to say.
