1. no job security. They will let you seat idle without pay as per their convenience saying they don't have project. 2. No proper work culture. Do your work until your last Breath. That is their Motto. 3. No facilities at all. Treat you like dust. Vouchers and expenses will be coming from your pocket. Mark my words. 4. Nothing to learn unless you are learning from your self. 5. Working hours are worst. If project is in rush you will have to come on Sunday as well. But your manger will have his Sunday as a rest....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
