It's tough, no doubt. The work is to call the peoples who have installed the app and ask them to take a subscription. It's not that easy. TLs are not extremely bad but they aren't good. They pressurise a lot if you don't make a sale for consecutive two days, but definitely not as companies like Byjus, Vedantu,etc. Overall you can Start off your career in this if you don't have any option. It's not better than call centres, but not worse as well. Both are little different. In call centres there is no target, but less salary. In doubtnut you have targets and good salary plus incentives....Read More

The TLs are not that good, they pressurise more in talktime than on selling.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
