This company in Gurgaon is running a scam. As an employee, I see them selling website plans to poor and uneducated people, making big promises that aren't kept. They generate leads by offering to make websites for just 250 rupees, and once the customers register, we are expected to call them and mislead them into buying the company's products. I'm facing a lot of challenges working here.

If you are planning to leave do take the incentives and salary at first then drop the paper all of sudden because if your carry and show case your professional manner then you won't get the incentives you may get the salary after several follow ups that's even by deduction if you are on 3rd party payroll.
