its was my first job in dosti imperia i started my career in dosti imperia as jr engineer at 8000rs as was learning the practical knownledge but at year ending there was increment for every staff members. my growth was slow but my knowledge in work was increase every day and every min. i have worked for three year in dosti imperia

the reason for leaving dosti was my new seniors where placed and dirty politics started in company our project manager was changed and he wanted his staff to work under him .i was hard working person i use to work for corona building but pm wanted his staff and started firing everyone from job pm name was shrikant shilphad, next histarget was me . but i was self respected man i quit my job because of this poor management dosti group company is very nice but there dosti management was poor and use to play dirty politics......i respect my company dosti imperia bcs from there i started my career and got lot to learn from there thanks for company dosti...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
