Role & responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drafting of tender documents, Floating & closing of tender, manage end to end process as per SOP.
• Thorough knowledge of rate analysis.
• Good Negotiation Skill
• Preparation of work orders, variation orders, and contract closures.
• Coordination with the execution team for work requisition and reviews amended work order contract conditions etc. before release.
• Determine the eligibility of the contractor, arrange necessary site visits & capture observation.
• Manage Identification & registration process for contractors.
• Manage and build relationships with existing / new contracts.
• Periodical site visits.
• Coordination with the architect, Consultants In House departments.
• Updating contractor's data as per their performance & maintaining ISO documents.
• Knowledge of ERP.
