Everything is just perfect here except Job security and career growth. However, Job security is purely based on individual capabilities and performances. A wide range of scope for learning and implementing new things. Work-Life balance is exceptionally good.

Dislikes

Career growth is very limited. There's no scope for a Designer to become a Project Manager and so on. Thy's growth is limited to Project Referent (Project Coordinator, as in India) or to an extent, the Leader of Chennai team. Intervention of Delhi management in our concerns.

Work Details

Overall, It is good organisation to work with. It gives enormous technical skills upon individual efforts, better work-life balance.
