While many startups struggled to survive the COVID, doodlblue mutliplied in its size and I am fortunate enough to be hired during this time and how effectively they streamlined the working from home for everyone. In my opinion, it is good to be working with people that care for you and invest in you to grow along with the organization. I manage projects My typical day revolves around day to day project co ordination, managing resources, client servicing, internal meetings and briefings. There is a clear defined R&R which helps me to accomplish day to day goals and activities.

I joined as a fresher and in few months of joining doodleblue i felt like I became a pro in what am doing, i am grateful for evrything that this company has thought me and i have no complaints. One great thing i have learnt here is that if you focus on doing better everyday, the results are fruitful. Every employe is treated with respect and care.

The delivery heads, despite being only moderately skilled, occupy their positions solely due to their tenure in the company, not based on performance or leadership capabilities.
