After completing the training period, you get the chance to work on real projects , which accelerates your practical learning. If you perform well , the compony offers numerous opportunities to explore various projects, which is incredibly helpful for personal and career growth.

Dislikes

One of the challenges is that interns are not paid during the internship period. Providing a stipend from initial stage could be helpful, as it would support interns in managing their financial needs. Transitioning from an intern to a full-time role can be financially challenging, and a stipend would make the process smoother and more encouraging for freshers.

The delivery heads, despite being only moderately skilled, occupy their positions solely due to their tenure in the company, not based on performance or leadership capabilities. The operations team is equally problematic—highly disorganized, lacking accountability, and failing to provide sufficient support.
