Fees for the children are too high. The teacher's working from the beginning are still getting the same salary. As I was told after one year I will get increment and permanent letter but nothing.

Worst management. I worked for 7months. At least once I didn't get the salary in time. Group politics are there. They told me they will provide food and accommodation. But how many problems a school will have that much problems they faced. Even electric current was not there at least one week without cutting. Til now they did not pay my salary 25000. They gave me a cheque but the account was empty. Cheque bounce case is in the court. I was faced a lot of problems there....Read More

Don Bosco Matunga builds a home to their staff and children. We here never think we are alone. We have good moral support of the Management and the parents as well. Our Management kept us updated, shared us ways for not only academics but also to strengthen our physcological needs and above all prayed for us. We here at Don bosco have our stake holders that is the parents as very important. As staff we were in touch with our parents trying to reach out and moreover comforting them at this hour of the Pandemic. Getting resourceful people that were on board to help the needy ones which they did it willing and with readiness. We have worked as a team and helped each other to over come not only the challenges in developing ourself towards virtual learning but also to keep our confidence levels which kept fluctuating at times. The basic reason is that we are educators and have not much experience of IT but today I am so confident that I know what and how I am going to put forth my lesson to a child who never was exposed to this type of learning. With constant encouragement from the Management and colleagues our confidence levels never dropped. I new I can do it. Don Bosco is ia place where you turn to be working maybe be out of schedule hours but at the end you feel good that you have learned so much, you have been updated and have your confidence and self esteem high. Here we are faced with lots of challenges. At first we find it difficult but eventually we overcome it.
