The work culture here is wonderful. The faculty , office staff and support staff are bonded like a family. Great support from colleagues as well as administration. Salary is good . The infrastructure is great and the location is wonderful.

Dislikes

Politics among staff. Sometimes favouritism creates resentment among colleagues.

The work life is excellent. Only sometimes long meeting after school hours creates imbalance in regular life. Balancing between home and school keeps me on my toes.

The School goes good with those who want to work tension free and happy with low salary. The colleagues are very helpful and supportive. One can learn basic teaching here.

Dislikes

School doesn't use any new technology for teaching and extra curricular activities are very less. Salary incentive is also low but it may be because school is small.

Working as a teacher is very mesmerizing, first you become a good leader, you are respected at extreme level. I enjoyed teaching, I owe responsibilities, decipline, and the wisdom I share with my students made me feel proud. The environment you live in as a Teacher is none other then Paradise.

I found our principal was tactless, he wasn't diplomatic as he should be.

Few co teachers were good and very helpful Transportation facility for teachers coming from far places Very less scope for learning new things.

It's mostly like 24 hours school work especially during exam times. Politics at work place. Some senior teachers working there since 12 - 13 years(espEnglish, Marathi, maths tr (all flatter) treat other teachers very badly. They totally ruined the environment of the staffroom. Only family related topics are discussed in staffroom rather than subjects. No fair salary. Very less hike. No appreciation by HM sir. He always listens to teachers who flatter him and take decision. Very biased. No subject/teaching related workshops are conducted for teachers. Biased behavior by HM and supervisor towards students and teachers....Read More
