I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Teammates were very good and cool, career growth cannot be expected, salary and appraisal will not be satisfactory. More politics and work-life balance was literally terrible.

No work-life balance, even sundays we work. But few departments are free and comfortable. Only our department will be very terrible.

I like nothing there. its been 1 year and I see no positive sign there

Dislikes

They won't issue proper appointment letter. They'll say that six months once hike will be given but they won't.. they cheated me that way. Work environment is horrible. Molgene is the most hectic team, they will make you work extra hours everyday. This company HR (venkatesh) will treat you in such bad manner and taking family members status to defend his points.. useless.
