Management has an awful mindset of "I expect you to be on call at any time" They will rebuke you for calling them to report (at their instructions) and keep you waiting for hours for a simple yes/no to assignments that time bound. You gets the opportunity to be in touch of and become a part of world class events held at NSCI's Dome. It is a good platform for learning about Event Industry. You will fill close to Bollywood and VIP Class of Mumbai as many VIP weddings are also happening at Dome.

Dislikes

Top Management needs to change working style with change in the current business environment. They are still work in very old fashion way, not dynamic.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
