World most worst place to work. I have given my 100% effort of my job but returned I have got nothing. if you want to ruin your life and career then, Dolphin is the right place. If you you want unnecessary headache, it is the right place. They make their own rules and regulations, No Increment, no appreciation, even no job satisfaction.

One of the best company's in the Leather E-commerce sector. Company paid full salaries even during Covid lock downs. The managers & owners have a constant growth mindset not just for the company but also for everyone associated with the company. Performance based appraisals , rewards & recognitions & bonuses have kept my spirits high. Great work culture loads to learn and good scope for personal growth. Management is cooperative and kind. Industry standard rules and discipline prevails which makes it a safe space to work in. Salary always on time, timely bonuses and increments also

The worst place to work i can point the list out for it 1. Salary Deduction unnecessarily 2. They'll use faul language 3. No respect for employees 4. Treat you like animals 5. At the time of interview they say this and tha but there's nothing like that There are many more about it, simply don't ruin your life going there.
