They expect ERP operator to do the job of floor supervisor also. They force overall operation to complete by ERP person. Hence, ERP person gets opportunity to learn and get things done.

Dislikes

No offer letter, no pf, no esic, no i.d card, nothing. Forget 8 hours, they want you to work 10 hrs strictly. They keep you as a temporary employee especially for people hired for night shift. There is a manager appointed by owners who snatches work credit from entire working team and shows himself as an hardworking employee by yelling and abusing labours to increase the productivity. Does not pay more then 13-14k to staffs and expect and force them to work as an 30k employee....Read More
