One thing I don't like is that there isn't enough focus on fun at team activities. There should be at least one fun activity each week to help refresh our minds. Another issue is the lack of salary growth. There doesn't seem to be much opportunity for salary increases, which can be discouraging in the long run. No one will value your work and what you can do for company, your appraisel not depend on your capabilities, no job security bias bosses and CEO is the worst of them, he thinks emplyees are severt, They will burdun with tremoundos work that you will have to forget about family and also not job security aftet doing this much work.
