In Dnata, I was a domestic Senior travel counsellor and leaving each day post an afternoon shift of 9 hours was feasible, and more so with the atmosphere among us colleagues

Dislikes

Due to the current pandemic, after the initial 3months of working from home, 40-50 of us were rendered jobless, as our jobs become redundant-since June2020, as the organisation was unable to retain most of us.

Job security - Poor

I enjoy my profile which is why I have over 25years experience, so irrespective of my employer, I try to ensure that my surroundings are nothing short of being officially comfortable.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Overall experience was good. Working environment was very good and very supportive as well.

Dislikes

Salary was not upto the mark comparing to other companies. There are no fixed job closing time for an employee, need to work 10 to 11 hrs often

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
