Poor style of working, senior management has given all powers to HOD's who behave like they are they are Big Daddy of everyone under them. Old employees have formed a cartel and don't let anyone new to work until and unless that person bows down to them. Long working hours, and sudden meeting would pop up at last moment. No clarity in work responsibility, product head will behave like business head and business head will not do anything. They are in to business of lending money but don't have a proper underwriting team, underwriting is done mostly on the basis of observation and finding of data science team and not on the basis of credit worthiness of borrowers. Managers can do whatever they want. There are no employee surveys. No alignment of goals in top management. There are 10 CXOs and 15 Group CXOs and everyone has conflicting KRAs. The Promoter works from USA and has no idea what's going on in Delhi. The CEO doesn't know the numbers himself.

Nothing to learn. Poor technical environment with no good practices of engineering. Micromanagement. You'll not learn any technologies there and will only waste your time by doing some useless fix and patch in there paralyzed existing system built on Salesforce as a platform. Hell they don't even use any VCS for their backend. It's really a joke in terms of tech at DMI. Work there only when you have no other option and get out even for a little lower package and better tech. Stack. In terms of HR policies they have a 3-month probation and 3-month notice period which is terrible as they deliberately try to force you to stay and are completely adamant on not reducing the notice period even if you are ready to pay out the notice. They say you can do wfh but it all depends on your manager which I was personally very unlucky with because my manager was very toxic and stupid at the same time and had 0 leadership qualities....Read More

Compensation is nice and they also have a hybrid work culture. The CHRO is good.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. High-level politics and favouritism. Functional Heads can literally harass you, that too for things unrelated with wirk. If you complain against them to the higher authorities then you will be fired.
