Culture If you work or not at the time of appraisal whom they like they will give rating and promotion. Work is not a important. Management will believe hearing from other employees and they will judge the person with using their brains. Biggest mistake carrying all the seniors. Company is listed but there working style like a proprietorship company

Salary will be on time it will be credited on 30th of every month

Dislikes

Appraisals : rating & Promotion will not base on work it will be manager like and dislike. Income tax benefits is very big zero. Salary is very low and man power issues every stores & DC of the company. We will not able to get time to look after the family. Work pressure is very high. Recognition towards work is big zero

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
