I would say that company overall reputation drew me in.I have been in finance for 5 years in past n D Mart company has always been an retail leader in innovation n community friendly standards. I have had a few friends n family members who either worked here or with the business and they have always received about the atmosphere of professionalism.

Dislikes

Overall I am happy with my company I appreciate the opportunity .I have had to learn more about my role & industry . I am leaving because I felt I didn't have a clear career path/opportunities for my future .I want to work for companies that have career path n mentorships.

Work Details

Well for the last 1.5 years I have been working in Dmart Company as a sr.accountant in that position. I was responsible for handling all the accounts activities from lead generation through to close. I was assigned to elevate company standards & goals
