Manny work Like no team work Accounts related work just 50 % other work like lost & found keeping in accounts Customer exchange coins totally duty is accounts officer Only 2 person in accounts & work so much they have policy upto 30 cr store only 2 accounts officer, not afford 3 accounts officer My Manny question but company have no answers

Company is good but Management not going good way. They wants to open store but not looking for Managers Internal growth They started IDP program it is useless . Staff salary veryless comparing to other retailers and city . New AP-1 CH working for his personal KRA not for Process or Company growth . Management need to Review it .

Dmart culture & job structural responsibility as per roll very Good

Dislikes

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

1. You don't have work life balance. You have to work for 12to14 hrs. 2. You shouldn't have festivals or any other holidays. 3. You shouldn't take leaves in first 15 days of the month or on weekends. 4. You have to work with labours as your colleagues. 5. You have to be grateful towards the company as they have provided you a job. 6. You have to do anything they say.
