Dmart is the very good job placement. There are no more work load. In dmart there are nothing to target in any things, like sale, particular product sale etc. The most good thing for employee there compulsory to done there job only nine hour not more than nine hour. That is the plus point for all employee.

Salary and it's just because it's given by company if it's given by manager or officer then it's also poor

Every thing like the environment for staff, concerns for staff, most important not giving offday for health issues, officer and manager are always forcing you and everyday 1 hour overtime without overtime salary, they just think that their staaf is their servant and not even think they also behave like that with the staff
