Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Location problem. .

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning,I learnt everything of job like passions level, how to work in the retail industry, work life is good but my location is not good. Dmart culture is very fantastic.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
