Compensation is not decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer and staff in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times., but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.Thier is no job security. 1. No-one remove from your job until thier is a major issue. 2. Work Culture varies from store to store because everyone comes-up with thier own Code of Conduct. 3. Company Improve thier policy every month/every year from its last failure.

1. Always threaten staffs and employee about job security. 2. Never get appreciation from senior, only getting threatening from senior. 3. Appraisal not decided by your work, totally depends on how your current relation is with your senior.

They hire people from Manufacturing (Engineering) background as an ASM or SM. But trust me this is not a place for you Engineers. There is no liberation to put your thoughts. *You just need to follow some guidelines in daily life. *You will wonder if you come to know about the cheap politics they play. *You need to wear an apron and work on floor for months. so think before accepting a position here. *Every 3 years you will have a transfer. No exceptions for this *You will surely not get your hometown store in your life time. *Have a double check on your offered CTC. You can't ever get the offered variable.
