Poor job security. Appraisal are delayed around 7 months even still people waiting. No new features they are building right now only running complete product in maintenance mode. Merging team, moving people to support team from technology.

You are expected to do 6 hours of office, there is no restriction as such for office timing. And there is 3 days work from office policy as well. Team ( it depends, doesn't apply to everyone).

Dislikes

Apart from the team I was working for there is nothing to like about. They witheld appraisals and promotions. Furthermore there were layoffs on the whim.

1. Company only likes to hire AVPs but all burden comes on talents working at ground level. 2. Company doesn't give a shit unless you are an AVP or in Top level Management. 3. Flexible work timings doesn't exist. You might be expected to work for 12+ hours a day. 4. Very low compensation as compared to similar roles in other companie s. 5. Walmart and Asset Track are the only source of revenue. 6. There are much underrated senior who have proved themselves a number of times but still not getting what they deserve. 7.
