My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Worst company I have ever worked. No professional management. No response from the HR management. The branch manager of vizag branch very worst. If anythings doesnot goes according to him he simply keeps unpaid to the whole month employees attendance which will lead to loss of pay. If we complaint to HR level then also they won't take any action. The BM even asks money from the customers for settling death claims. He does not know how to talk with the employees.
