Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.company policies are good but appraisal is unfair and they are given less salary hike then i deserve.

Dislikes

I would like to tell the company to give salary to all the employees according to their designation as their goalsheet is made according to their designation. Being a SPM my goalsheet to high but am getting less salary campared with my junior colleague.

Work Details

Being a SPM need to give Full effort and time sacrifice to fullfill my goalsheet and earn incentives. Also team management is very important without team we can't call a leader. I want to be a good leader as well as good employee for our company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have been working here as a office boy since 2016.. And I learned so much knowledge about life insurance. The work environment is very good. And salary is credit before month end.

Dislikes

Timing. Sometimes we used to work 4-5 hours extra time two to three times in a weak. And some employee didn't know how to manage the office time.. Example:office timing is 9:00 am to 6:30pm. But some employee come at noon knowing that they have lots of work to do. But they didn't turn up on time and let us wait overtime untill they complete their work.
