Position: Sales Manager (Retail)

Location: [Bangalore & Mangalore]
Reports to: Territory Head/ Regional Head

SA1 to SA3 – Across all locations
SA4 - metro locations
SA5 - only in exception cases

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – is responsible for driving Bancaa insurance sales through the Bassein Catholic Co-operative bank, The Bharat Co-operative Bank & Mahesh Co-operative Bank branches, developing strong relationships with bank staff, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires maintain strong relationship with Bank employees & customers and collaborating to promote insurance products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Visiting Bassein Catholic Co-operative bank, The Bharat Co-operative Bank & Mahesh Co-operative Banks and generating minimum 2 prospects on daily basis.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of experience in sales, (Fresher’s will also be considered with good communication skills and zeal to achieve attitude).


Key skills:

• Maintain punctuality and discipline as per norms
• Generate leads through Branches of Banca Partner
• Conduct customer engagement activities as per plan
• Work on Leads and update the same on LMS
• Fact finding and need analysis
• Carry out financial planning activity
• Prepare and present the financial solution
• Support in Execution of the financial plan
• Providing post sale service to the customer
• Collection of due renewal premium
• Share reports and MIS within prescribed timelines
