There is no opportunity to grow and earn your career in bancassurance because the bank partner is lakshmi vilas bank they won't give you the leads and one thing they are also having max and brila as life insurance partner they will support only for max not for dhfl and brila. Before am joining this company they said conveyance for every month upto 3000rs without any condition but after I joined within one week they said your conveyance based of performance that also I did not received.
