The Managers are very supportive and kind. They inspire you to achieve your potential and find projects that will complement your goals.

Dislikes

I worked at the Foundation for a year, and I did not come across any culture/practice that was unethical or that I disliked.

Work Details

I assisted American educationists with their project to redesign a school pedagogy and render learning into a meaningful and engaging experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

The Senior executives were very supportive and helpful. They don't look down on youngsters and they treat them well.

A little bit of politics, but no other reason to fret.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
