Target criteria does not have any limit , target can be increased depending on the client requirements to an unreasonable number but salary increment will not be there. The policy of the company itself is good but the people in management won't let you utilise it. Only talking about the branch of mahindra that i was a part of.

The job becomes very mundane overtime. I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session conducted. I learnt everything on the job. Got chance to wear multiple hats, within different processes under similar role. Feels hect mostly

Good work environment culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for for chilling company policies are not good appraisal are fair but they give not good salary and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management dosent address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. Is company n jbrdesti mujse resign liya aur aaj tk na joining later diya

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I I learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
