Location is good, tag of being with DLF goes along, remuneration is good

Dislikes

The environment is such as if you are going to work to sit in a pressure cooker, and the chef who's cooking doesn't know anything about cooking but wants all the vegetables to be perfectly chopped and the spices must be apt, bosses know what's cooking but they don't know how it's gonna cooked.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
