The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

Compansation is decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of times, they mostly go unnoticed at the mid year appraisal.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire process as managing day - to - day yeild operation.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
