There is no career growth, only thing that you can learn here is apologizing to customers. They have made separate queues for employees and added them without asking the employees and some people get lot of work whereas some sit without any work and in case the person who has lot of work fails to reach target he is given PIP. Some people have 3-3 chats throughout the shift and some people don't have even 1 chat at times and both groups have same salary. So the one working too much is at loss but no one cares about that. And there are managers who schedule meetings everyday, even on your offs. So in case you are out on your off they will still ask you to attend those meetings. Some managers only ping you to ask you to do more sales and when you ping them back asking doubts they never respond because they clearly don't have that kind of knowledge. Also when you are put in technical support queue you literally get all chats because customers usually open chat saying technical issue even though its a billing issue. So that is the reason for endless work for 9 hours . If you have 3 chats and want to go for break and in case 2 of your chats end and 1 chat is taking time , you are asked to get back to work and not go for break and take 3 chats again. And technical support people are compared with sales team saying sales team is able to do more sales (common sense is sales team get more sales chat hence the name "sales queue"). Also when there are server end issues, and get low rating we are not supposed to give that reason to manager because the exact answer I got was "when its a server end issue its not company's fault but its the agent's fault who handles the chat"....Read More
