Very bad work culture. You are forced to work a 13hrs shift in washing machine unit. I found Nothing good about this Unit

No week offs. If you want a leave they will make you regret it. 13 hrs shift no overtime for staff or you have to apply some sort of source to have overtime

I like that there is no other company like Dixon that exploits it's man power and forces them to work 24/7 even on festivals like Diwali and holi specially people working in areas such as maintenance

Dislikes

I dislike that they don't care about what the employees want they only need that their production reaches as high as possible forcing the laborers working on lines to even work more than 24 hours and exploiting the workmenship act even the don't pay double ot if you are getting placement in Dixon I can only say that please don't take offer as I can now sit idle in home but not in company. I have not been granted even a single holiday since I have joined the company. Earlier it was a campus placement but then they cheated us and shifted us to a contractor as off role employees. And company offers free food. Exciting huh, free food is given similar to the food provided to dogs most of the time food has hairs taste is very bad I only took it once and I got to know that it is the cheapest food available they use all the waste vegetables even rice are like very poor quality and rotis are similar to 4 rotis they have a bundle with 16 where 1 equals 3 made at home....Read More

There is nothing for Like only owner is good 👍 not fixed working hours generally working hours morning 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but due to pressure not can leave on time mostly work late in evening and not provide good salary structure as an assistant manager only budget was 6 lac.
