Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is no any gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, but appraisals are not fair. And they provide very minimum level salary hike(5-6%). That is also not given on every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is average but growth is very slow. And work life balance is poor.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I fulfilled all the job requirements and get a taste of different roles within the same team
