There is no work culture . there is one old aged person( talking machine) who is talking about his own achivement always with employees.it is more frustrated .there is no job security .like salves they treat employee. One old aged guy who always irritating employee.there is discrimination that old guy asks employee clean his car mirror and make tea and spending own money for company.
