Various mfg. Processes are there in Sirsi & Shivare plant it's good for learning.

Dislikes

1. Poor supplier response due to delay in supplier payments. 2. No assurance of PLI even after it is part of CTC 3. No canteen facilities only tea & biscuit which is defination of there breakfast. 4. Only one bus and one route either take it where it may be or leave it. 5. Run more for deviation than quality. 6. Poor transparency with employees & business partners. 7. Work pressure very much... Risk of getting parts rejected due to machine problems as there are some old machines.
